What makes this institute different from other Islamic schools in the area?

Our core mission is to pass down the tradition of our past predecessors (as-salaf as-salih) to the Muslim communities that exist today. This tradition was not only in the form of books, curriculums, and courses; rather, it was in the form of spiritual guidance that manifested itself through an environment that was conducive to and behooving of Islamic knowledge. What sets us apart from the rest is our central focus on higher levels of Islamic sciences, even at elementary levels, and its transmission in a way that upholds the traditional methods of the best of people that walked on the face of this earth, the Ulama’ (scholars of Islam).

The Messenger of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said in a du`a: “O Allah, may I not live to see a time, and may you as well not live to see a time when the learned ones are no longer followed and people no longer feel ashamed in the presence of the forbearing and patient ones.” [Narrated in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad; Imam Hakim has also narrated this Hadith in his Mustadrak and declared its chain to be authentic, and Imam Dhababi concurred with Imam Hakim’s analysis]

How long will it take my child to complete the Hifz Program in this institute?

Each child grows up with different capabilities. The success in Hifz depends on the individual capabilities of your child and how serious he is towards the program. Based on the daily time we have set out for hifz, a student should be able to complete within 1 – 3 years, inshaaAllah.

Why don’t you offer an ‘Alimah or Hifz program for sisters?

What we offer is based on the demand and resources that are available to us. If there is enough demand and resources for sisters’ ‘Alimah or HIfz program, inshaaAllah, we can start that off as well. If you are interested in having a sisters’ program started, please fill out our survey by clicking here

Where are you located?

Our campus is located on a private property on Bennetts Lane (Somerset, NJ). Exact location will be provided to accepted students.

How many teachers do you have?

Currently, we have one full-time instructor (male), four part-time instructors (one male & three female) and two supporting scholars (male) to assist us in our mission.

Why is your current ‘Alim Program limited to adults only?

Our current ‘aalim program is a part-time ‘aalim program which would suit the schedule of adults. InshaaAllah, our full-time ‘aalim program is designed for younger students (ages 11 – 17). If you are interested in having the full – time ‘aalim program initiated, please fill out our survey by clicking here
